Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a sales manager to actively drive (identify and approach) new business opportunities globally and convert them into sales.
Duties include:
- Along with the CEO and MD, identify new business opportunities, which include.
- Sales of generic ‘off the shelf’ content to new small clients.
- Sales of custom content to new large clients.
- Sales to lapsed clients.
- Building and closing a robust pipeline of such opportunities.
- Preparing compelling targeted client presentations and proposals.
- Being a key member of the team headed up by the Client Delivery Managers as we transition from sale to successful delivery.
- Keeping the ZOHO (new business software tool) updated and presenting weekly summary updates.
- Representing Jincom at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Traveling nationally and internationally as required.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a relevant sales role, ideally in media and/or HSE products or services.
- Experience in dealing with global blue chip clients.
- Has taken sales through the full cycle of identification, development, presenting, closing and successful delivery.
- Has digital media experience.
- Is personable and values the development of long term relationships with clients.
- Is a self starter who has drive and initiative to grow a business without typical business infrastructure.
- Is curious about the world, geopolitics and global businesses.
- Is able to travel and arrange meetings, presentations and schedules.
- Is driven, ambitions and enjoys the challenge of “making things happen”.
- Not being afraid of highly technical content.
- Good people skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
