Terms of Use Policy

HUB ACCESS FOR EMPLOYEES OF FOUNDING PARTNERS:
- User access of the IMS Hub will be granted to employees of Founding Partners (FPs).
- User access is granted upon registration of a secure log-in linked to a user's email address (uses the official domain associated with the FP) and approval of the IMS Hub administrator.
- Under no circumstances can a login be shared or used by any person other than the registered user.
- Under no circumstances can any of the content available on the Hub be shared/distributed to any person/organisation that does not have registered access to that specific content.
- Sharing of logins and/or any of the content available on the Hub is considered a serious violation of this policy.
- Content which is branded for a specific FP, will only be accessible by employees of that FP, all other users will have access to an IMS-branded version of that same content.
- Users will only have access to a limited number of content downloads per day.
- Users will have access to the IMS Hub, as long as they remain an employee of a FP
HUB ACCESS EMPLOYEES OF MCSA MEMBERS THAT ARE NOT FOUNDING PARTNERS
- Employees of MCSA members which are not Founding Partners (FPs), but which have contributed LFI-associated content to the Hub, will be able to register as a user on the IMS Hub. Such users will have limited access to the IMS Hub; only able to access other LFI-related content.
- User access is granted upon registration of a secure log-in linked to a user's email address (uses the official domain associated with the MCSA member) and approval of the IMS Hub administrator.
- Under no circumstances can a login be shared or used by any person other than the registered user.
- Under no circumstances can any of the content within the Hub be shared/distributed to any person/organisation that does not have registered access to that specific content.
- Sharing of logins and/or any of the content/tools within the Hub is considered a serious violation of this policy
- Content which is branded for a specific organisation, will only be accessible by employees of that organisation, all other users will have access to an IMS-branded version of that same content..
- Users will only have access to a limited number of content downloads per day.
- Access to LFI-related content will be granted to any employees of the MCSA member which has contributed LFI-associated content to the Hub for a period of 3 years from the date of their most recent content contribution.
CONTENT USE:
- The content available on the Hub is made available to users as a reference for comparison / resource for input for the development of their own content.
- Access/use of the content does not replace the need for a thorough risk assessment when a user develops their own content.
- Under no circumstances can the organisation which developed the content, the IMS Hub, Jincom and/or the MCSA be liable for any damages as a result of the use of any of the content on the IMS Hub in any way.
- By sharing content on the IMS Hub, the organisation which developed that content agrees to have an IMS-branded version of that content developed which will be freely and indefinitely available to other users with no IP limitations or restrictions to any other IMS Hub users.
- As curators and administrators of the IMS Hub, Jincom have the duty to ensure all content uploads meet the appropriate quality standards and required formats. Jincom has the right to deny content upload requests and/or remove existing content which fails to meet these standards and formats.
