What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a marketing manager to lead the evolution and ongoing management of the Jincom brand.

Duties include:

  • Manage www.jincom.com including ongoing content updates and design and user experience enhancements.
  • Plan and execute global digital campaigns that create greater awareness and consideration of Jincom. This includes campaign strategy, creative and production oversight of assets like articles, videos, social posts and emails.
  • Project manage Jincom’s content roadmap including internal and external, visual and written content creation.
  • Work closely with a content manager to ensure quality content writing.
  • Assist in agency awards submissions.
  • Manage and grow Jincom’s mailing list and the associated privacy.
  • Use data and insights to optimise the marketing campaign roadmap.
  • Manage external creative and digital agencies.
  • Foster and grow our brand internally with the culture and entertainment committee including employee engagements, values campaigns, etc.
  • Developing sales literature with the content manager, including sales videos, case studies, brochures, digital advertising.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in SEO, LinkedIn and website development
  • Ideally strong writing and journalistic abilities.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns with quantifiable business impact.
  • Growth mindset, willingness, and ability to play leadership and support roles with equal
  • Enthusiasm.
  • Not being afraid of getting close to highly technical content
  • Good people skills
  • Ability to take initiative
