To support our growth Jincom is looking for an Account Executive to support and assist our client service and project management team to ensure all client requests are actioned and timeously delivered.
What you’ll do:
Liaise with clients.
Write studio briefs.
Manage the flow of projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Raising costs and processing billing instructions.
Support the sales team develop new client proposals.
Check work to ensure accuracy.
Maintain client and project details in the CRM system.
What we’re looking for:
South African citizen.
Tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Not being afraid of getting close to highly technical content.
Good people skills.
Good attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely.
Being able to work under pressure.
Ability to take initiative.
